At One Med Acupuncture & Wellness Inc., doing business as ONE MED (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing a healing and inclusive environment for all individuals, including those with disabilities.

 

We recognize that our current clinic location on the second floor of a building without elevator access presents a barrier to individuals with mobility impairments. Due to building limitations and financial constraints, it is not currently feasible for us to install an elevator or relocate to a ground-floor unit. However, we are actively exploring accessible options and remain committed to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California accessibility requirements.



 

Alternative Accommodations We Offer:

• We offer in-home acupuncture and wellness services upon request for clients who are unable to visit our clinic, available within a 2-mile radius of our location due to limited staff resources. Please ask our staff or contact us for more information.

• Virtual Consultations: We provide remote consultations to discuss treatment plans and health goals.

• Referral Assistance: Upon request, we can refer clients to ADA-compliant wellness providers in the area.

• Future Relocation: We are actively seeking funding and an accessible location for future expansion.
